    • Cash on Delivery (COD) only in Karachi

    • Bank Transfers

    • Online Payment Gateways (if applicable)

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspicious activity, inaccurate customer details, or stock issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Karachi: 1–2 working days

    • Other cities: 3–5 working days

  • Delays caused by external factors (weather, courier issues, strikes) are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • We only accept exchanges in the following cases:

    • Incorrect item delivered

    • Defective or damaged product

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Custom-made costumes and accessories are non-returnable.
