At Costumes.com, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions to ensure a smooth and fair experience.

Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.


🛍️ What Can Be Exchanged?

We accept exchanges only if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incomplete

  • The size received does not match what you ordered


🚫 What Cannot Be Exchanged?

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Costumes that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Customized or made-to-order costumes

  • Accessories such as masks, wigs, hats, makeup, etc. (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items requested for exchange after 3 days of delivery


📦 Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact

  • You must make the exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue (wrong item, size, or defect)

  • The customer will bear return shipping charges, unless the mistake was from our end

  • Exchanges are not allowed for sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet our policy criteria
