At Costumes.com, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions to ensure a smooth and fair experience.

🛍️ What Can Be Exchanged?
We accept exchanges only if:

You received the wrong item

The item is defective, damaged, or incomplete

The size received does not match what you ordered
🚫 What Cannot Be Exchanged?
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Costumes that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Customized or made-to-order costumes

Accessories such as masks, wigs, hats, makeup, etc. (due to hygiene reasons)

Items requested for exchange after 3 days of delivery
📦 Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact

You must make the exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order

You must provide clear photos showing the issue (wrong item, size, or defect)

The customer will bear return shipping charges, unless the mistake was from our end
