Our Promise to You

At BlueBuzzHTX, we value every customer and aim to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of making things right. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation while we guide you through troubleshooting first, as most issues can be resolved quickly.


Standard Returns

We accept returns of new, unopened items purchased from bluebuzzhtx.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

❗️Please note: Items that do not meet our return requirements will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund.

Non-Returnable Items (if opened or used):

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following once opened or used:

  • E-Liquids

  • Atomizers (e.g. RDAs, Tanks)

  • Disposable Vapes

  • Replacement Pods & Coils (if tamper seals are broken)

  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glass Tubes, O-Rings)

  • Hemp or CBD Products

  • Rechargeable Batteries

  • Glass Items or Accessories

If any tamper-proof seal (e.g., bottle caps, hardware stickers) is broken, the item is considered used and cannot be returned.


Warranty & Defective Items

Hardware devices purchased from our website are covered under a 30-Day Limited Warranty starting from the delivery date.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Atomizers (RDAs, Tanks)

  • Disposable Vapes

  • Replacement Pods & Coils

  • Spare Parts

  • Hemp/CBD Products

  • Rechargeable Batteries

  • Glass Items & Accessories

If your item is defective, please email returns@bluebuzzhtx.com within 30 days to initiate a warranty claim. You may be asked to return the defective item before a store credit or refund is processed.

🛑 Damage caused by drops, water, disassembly, misuse, or third-party modifications is not covered. Some manufacturers may require you to contact them directly for service, especially if a warranty card is included in the original packaging.


Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Items

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged products

Email returns@bluebuzzhtx.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photo(s) of the item(s) received

  • The paper invoice that came with the package

Late claims (after 48 hours) will not be accepted. You may be asked to return the incorrect item and/or complete an affidavit form.

⚠️ Minor cosmetic scratches or discoloration are considered normal and not covered.


Important Return Guidelines

  • We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If unsure, please contact us before purchase. Returns due to incompatibility are not accepted.

  • Use padded envelopes or boxes when returning items. Regular paper envelopes are not acceptable and may result in damage or lost packages.

  • Do not send returns to the shipping address listed on your original package — we will provide you with the correct return address.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns (e.g., wrong item ordered, changed mind).

  • Shipping fees (including Adult Signature, Route Protection, etc.) are non-refundable.


Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund either:

  • Back to your original payment method, or

  • As store credit for future purchases

Note: We cannot issue refunds to prepaid cards or cancelled cards if they are no longer active or in your possession.
